Where are you?
James is based inside the Portland Mews Clinic in Leamington Spa: Hawkstone House, Portland Mews, Leamington Spa, CV32 5HD.
Do you have parking?
There's on-street paid parking on Portland Street (up to 2 hours), plus the nearby Covent Garden Multi-Storey Car Park. There's also 2-hour free parking on Upper Grove Street and Beauchamp Hill, a 5–10 minute walk away, and a few limited spaces directly outside the clinic.
What days are you in the clinic?
Monday & Thursday 12pm–8pm, Tuesday 2pm–8pm, Wednesday 10am–8pm, Sunday 8am–2pm. Friday and Saturday: closed.
How can I pay?
Payment is taken after the appointment on the day via card payment or payment link. Cash and American Express are also accepted.
How do I book?
Book online any time via the Book Now button — it takes you straight to the online booking system.
What is your cancellation policy?
You'll get a 24-hour reminder before your appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours incurs a 50% fee; a missed appointment (no-show) is charged in full.
